CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) is our children's ministry! They meet each Sunday during the worship service for a time of Bible study, music, and arts and crafts. They rejoin their families in time to have communion together. All children are welcome!

SOCIAL MINISTRY - Whether it's a spaghetti dinner, a picnic on our church property, a pool party, a friendly billiards tournament, bowling, an Easter egg hunt, a softball game, socializing with another church, or dinner and a show, we love to have fun together as a faith family! Whatever the event, FirstCoast socials are open to ALL!

MUSIC MINISTRY - Our church has had a choir from the beginning! Our Praise Choir rehearses almost each Sunday at 2:30 p.m. We also have a chime choir that meets once or twice a month and PB4J, our Praise Band for Jesus plays on most Sundays.
CYCLE DISCIPLES - This ministry is for anyone interested in motorcycles - whether you own one or not. They meet on the 5th Sunday of the month, as well as other times, to share lunch and a ride. They also perform community service projects at various times during the year.

MODERN MESSENGERS - Whether laughing, singing, or crying, our Drama Ministry brings us the Sunday message in a fun and thought-provoking way! We're all amateurs, and all are welcome to join us.

Couples Ministry - seeks to provide support, encouragement and spiritual enrichment to all couples. We seek to cultivate happy and healthy relationships by nurturing and empowering couples to enjoy each other and the Lord. We seek to enhance and strengthen our relationships with each other and in our walk with Christ, build skills in having a successful relationship, learn biblical principles and establish new friendships through fellowship.

GREEN TEAM - The Green Team is comprised of volunteers who have taken a serious interest in environmental issues and want to do something about reducing our negative impact on our environment. Our focus is recycling of ink cartridges, cell phones and beverage cans. Future goals include recommendations for our congregation in "greening" our building, grounds and of course our homes. There will be opportunities for anyone interested and comments are always welcomed.

HOSPITALITY MINISTRY- Our faith family has a wonderful
time right after the service each Sunday by gathering around the table and having a bite to eat. We all take turns bringing yummy treats and Olive coordinates who is bringing the goodies each week.

PRAYER MINISTRY - As we know, prayer is a powerful tool. Elizabeth is quick on the draw, especially in times of emergencies, to send out e-mails to those willing to participate in our prayer chain when anyone is in need. We also have a prayer book where we can write our prayers down and we pray over them in church each Sunday as well as they go out over the Internet each week on the 'Prayer Page'.

WORSHIP MINISTERS - At FirstCoast MCC we have Worship Ministers that play a vital role in the life of our congregation. They not only assist in worship, they share the responsibility for congregational care.
Through hospital visits, home visits, phone calls, and emails, our Worship Ministers maintain contact with our congregational members. They also train our worship participants and will arrange for communion to be brought to the hospitalized or home-bound. Please call the Church Office for additional information.

CAMPING MINISTRY -
Whether you have a tent, a pop-up, camper, or enjoy sleeping under the stars, the FCMCC camping ministry is here for you. Those who enjoy nature, the water, or just sitting around a campfire, will find friends and fellowship within this group. Our mission is to promote a bond of healthy, Godlike experiences, beyond the church, with outside adventures that will bring us closer to God and our spirituality. Come join the camping trips, help build a campground on the property, or share your own ideas. We hope you will join us on this journey.

Employment Empowerment Ministry is open to anyone who is looking for work. Our Workshops and discussions focus on several areas, which include: guided meditation, developing daily affirmations, what to do while you wait, searching the Internet and networking, resume and cover letter assistance, and planning for the interview.
Gisselle Snead The Multi-Media team is involved with keeping our church up-to-date with ways and means to get the message out to the world, our congregation and to those in need. We are currently working on projects to include in our new 'visitors' package as well as our research for media equipment in preparation to move into our new building. We invite anyone who has experience or interest in contributing to this ministry. The multi-media team also includes our Website and welcomes all ideas, photos and contributions for the betterment of the site.
